Are you ready to embrace a healthier, more confident version of yourself? I’m thrilled to invite you to an exclusive online fitness class, created by none other than Jane Fonda's Trainer, Malin Svensson. Malin's dedication to promoting a healthy and joyful life for everyone aged 50+ is truly inspiring.
As a highly qualified Nordic Body Trainer directly under Malin, Shari will guide you through nine unique strength training and balance exercises each month. Shari will walk you through each exercise, offering detailed instructions at three different levels. This gives YOU choices specific to your individual abilities. To keep your body guessing as you go through the month, each week the same exercises will increase with intensity, of course at your own rate. It’s fun to see each week throughout each month, as you move up a level or two, and increase your strength and endurance. This approach ensures you perform the exercises correctly, minimizing discomfort and preventing injuries as you progress towards a stronger you.
At Optimal Fitness Over 50, we provide strength and overall fitness training and Nordic Walking classes. We give our members the tools with support and encouragement to build a healthy and strong, confident body and mind that will last a lifetime.
